No single candidate is placed with an Australian client unless they have been personally interviewed by our Australian founder

We now live in a work-from-home world with days filled with Zoom meetings & cloud project management platforms. We source core role candidates in advance,  screen & evaluate until we find the top candidates, and connect you for final interviews with the top 2-3 candidates

While this generally varies depending upon current demand and how quickly existing candidates are snapped up by our Aussie clients, for non executive roles we should have your top 2-3 in front of you within 7-10 days. For senior roles allow 14-21 days.

Transparent and visible, at 19% of the annual grossed up salary for full-time roles and 24% for part -time roles. At Get Staffed you pay just for the sourcing of your new hire, as with traditional recruitment firms. The key difference with recruiting remotely & within The Philippines is that the annual salaries are up to 80% lower than traditional in-country salaries, so not only will you be savings tens of thousands in annual salaries, your recruitment fee will be a fraction of standard recruitment fees.
